Ardoq, the independent leader in Enterprise Architecture (EA), announces the acquisition of ShiftX, an AI-driven process modeling platform. This strategic move, coupled with the recently announced partnership with process mining leader Celonis, significantly expands Ardoq's Business Process Transformation capabilities.
The enhanced offering provides scalable alternatives for customers at all levels of EA and process capabilities, delivering a holistic view of business transformation while enriching organizations' digital twins.
"This acquisition addresses our customers' demand for advanced process capabilities and presents significant synergies that will strengthen our platform," says Erik Bakstad, Ardoq's CEO and Co-founder.
ShiftX is a simple and intuitive AI-driven platform for process modeling, enabling businesses to quickly achieve a shared understanding across departments and levels within the organization. The result is reduced time to understand each other and a solid foundation for agile development and improvement of processes.
Ardoq enables customers to document business processes and link them to their broader Enterprise Architecture, providing crucial insights for operational improvement and strategic execution.
“The new capabilities ensure that our customers are able to seamlessly integrate data across their tools of choice in a coherent model. They can map end-to-end business processes and connect them to existing repository data in Ardoq. It will extend the capabilities of the metamodel with detailed process maps and insights. This adds additional layers to our vision of a data-driven platform that enables informed decisions based on always up-to-date and synced data across the organization”, Bakstad says.
