Analysis highlights the key features, use cases critical for today’s EA stakeholders. A huge recognition, states CEO Erik Bakstad.
Ardoq, a SaaS company reinventing Enterprise Architecture (EA) for today’s digital enterprise, today announced that the company received the second highest scores for all Use Cases amongst 15 vendors analyzed in the 2022 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Enterprise Architecture Tools assessment.
“The Enterprise Architecture field is evolving, and companies know and demand more from their EA tools. A third-party review of the different vendors’ capabilities is of course very useful for those who are looking for a new EA partner, and I am very glad to see we are performing extremely well in all categories” says CEO Erik Bakstad. “This is a huge recognition and acknowledgement of the team effort behind the product.”
This latest recognition comes after Ardoq was named a Leader in the 2022 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™️ for Enterprise Architecture Tools report for the second consecutive year. The Gartner report on Critical Capabilities, published on December 13, 2022, notes, “Enterprise architecture tools support the delivery of business outcomes by providing a central repository for managing and analyzing data to highlight the impact of change. EA and technology innovation leaders need to assess the product capabilities of vendors in relation to key use cases.”
Gartner ranked 15 vendors on several Use Cases on a scale of 1-5, including scores for capture, structure, analyze and present models; support change, transformation and optimization; assess and manage an evolving IT portfolio; enterprise architecture management; and innovation. In each category, Ardoq scored second highest – between a 4.24 and 4.45 out of a possible 5.
“At Ardoq, we are continuously working to improve our product so that our customers can get the most out of our solution,” said Bakstad. “To receive the second highest scores in all categories among such competent vendors is really motivating. It shows that we have built software that can be used by stakeholders across the company and that can help the company as a whole achieve necessary change.”
Success in the digital economy with enterprise architecture
As enterprises across industries continue their digital transformation journeys, it is critical that employees and leaders can turn data into action to achieve success. Ardoq’s cloud-native SaaS solution empowers organizations to achieve profitable transformation with next-gen enterprise architecture. According to the CEO, Ardoq’s property graph database helps companies succeed in the digital era.
“Our graph technology makes it possible to do sophisticated change simulations to understand the potential domino-effect that change might have on the organization. At Ardoq, we believe that the successful companies in the digital economy will be the ones who are able to shift quickly alongside the fast-evolving technology. To do that, you must design the company for digital transformation, and Ardoq makes that possible,” says Bakstad.
