Ardoq is on a mission to include customers even more in the company's product development with a new innovation hub, Ardoq Labs. "The first round of features is powered by AI," says VP of Product Ian Stendera.
With a fast-growing market for digital business management solutions, Ardoq is taking measures to bridge the gap between internal product development and customer-ready launches. The company is now inviting customers to join a new program, Ardoq Labs, providing them with sneak peeks, beta testing opportunities, and a highway for customer feedback straight into the development machinery. Innovation and product development is crucial for sustaining competitiveness, according to the experienced VP of Product.
"Our customers have always been a crucial part of our product development, and with Ardoq Labs we are taking this one step further. This dedicated platform aims to offer an inside look into our current initiatives, projects, and technological developments, showcasing our ongoing commitment to innovation and continuous improvements," Stendera says.
"By becoming part of Ardoq Labs, customers can now have a
glance into the future of Ardoq."
"By becoming part of Ardoq Labs, customers can now have a glance into the future of Ardoq. New features and ways of working will be accessible for our most engaged customers. In return, we get data to learn from and tons of valuable feedback that impacts our direction."
The SaaS company is celebrating its 10th year this year by picking up the speed of product development even more. Stendera says the cap raise last year, where the company got new owners and raised over 100 million dollars, has given the company the power to invest even more in the product and ability to realize the company's vision.
"The product we are selling now differs quite a lot from the one we sold three years ago. With our customers being large enterprises around the world and across all industries, we need to be at the forefront of building an innovative, flexible, and intuitive product that can help them succeed in their transformation journeys. Our users span from enterprise architects to C-level executives and managers in the organization. Our goal is to help them all get both a clear overview and detailed insight to make the right decisions faster."
With industry leaders like ABB, Vestas, and British Telecom on their customer list, Ardoq knows size, maturity, ambitions and scope of transformation projects vary.
"Ardoq Labs is a two-way street: we offer insight, impact and test opportunities, and the customers offer time and feedback. The result is a stronger product and empowered customers with improved business outcomes."

AI Powers All the First Releases in Ardoq Labs
When Ardoq Labs launches, AI is the driving force of the first new features.
"With rapidly evolving technology, and especially during this turning point we see with AI, it is more important than ever to work closely with our customers. In the first round of alpha and beta testing, we are going to be testing how AI can improve the value they achieve with Ardoq," Stendera says.

Ardoq is making three new AI-powered features accessible on launch day: Smart search, an AI-powered assistant, and rule-based inference. From improving search accuracy with a context-aware search engine, to streamlining your workflow with an AI-powered assistant that provides real-time recommendations to enhance your designs and simplifying complex data visualizations "Ardoq Labs is proof of the speed that is possible for a modern tech company," Stendera states.
"We are proud to have a variety of features ready when we invite our customers into the community of Ardoq Labs. While different stakeholders across the company will benefit from the enhanced search experience, EAs will be the ones leveraging AI on our platform with Ardoq’s intelligent assistant. Either way, the customer in total is the winner."
