Accessibility Statement

At Ardoq, we believe that everyone should have access to digital products and services. This is why we have made a commitment to improve the accessibility and user experience of our product.

We are currently using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as a framework for reviewing our accessibility standards. Our goal is to be level AA by 2025 and continuously improve to exceed these standards.

We are taking a number of steps internally to help us get there, some of them include

Internal Accessibility Audit

We are currently running an accessibility audit on the current state of our product to help us identify those problem areas.

Our design system team is supporting this by reviewing all our design foundations like colours, spacing, sizing and typography.

Accessibility Quality Assurance Checks in Our Design and Development Process

The work being done by our design system team supports designers and developers to easily identify problem areas and implement large scale changes faster across the product.

Expanding Our User Testing and Research to Include Assistive Technologies

We will test with more people who use assistive technology to gather feedback and ensure our product works smoothly for everyone.

By doing this, we can catch any accessibility issues early on and make improvements as we develop the product.

We acknowledge that our current level of accessibility does not yet meet the standards we aspire to, largely due to the complexity of our service offerings. However, by refining our internal processes, we are committing to making accessibility a continuous priority, integrated into our development efforts rather than treated as just a checkbox done once and forgotten.

We value feedback from our customers on how we can better address their accessibility needs and continuously improve our services. Please send your feedback to accessibility@ardoq.com and it will be reviewed by the accessibility team.
